Designed for a luxurious feel with added features available to give this plug an play the ultimate wow factor. The Milano 2 uses the very latest technology, has extra insulation, so you and family can relax and enjoy a soothing massage.

LIGHTS AND ATMOSPHERE

The Milano 2 comes with waterline LED's which is perfect for creating a romantic atmosphere on quieter evenings, phasing through different colours continuously.

HYDROTHERAPY JETS

A total of 57 hydrotherpahy massage jets provide an unrivalled massage and hydrotherapy experience for a hot tub this size. The Milano is the ideal place to relax after work, but also offers a range of health benefits, including relief from stress, pain, fatigue, muscle tension and anxiety.

CLASS-LEADING CONTROLS

The Milano Spa has an award-winning control system offering you reliable, efficient and easy to use control of your hot tub. Fitted with either a Balboa system which are made in America or a Gecko system which are made in Canada to the highest standards.

ENTERTAINMENT (Add for an additional £250 with 4 LED Lit Fountains and 1 LED Waterfall)

The Milano 2 does not come with audio, however, we have listened to our Customers and some wanted the option of music to their Spa and some didn't. So we have now added Bluetooth as an optional extra on checkout, should you wish to stream music to your Spa.

PLUG & PLAY

The Milano 2 is a 13A Plug & Play spa, this helps to improve on economy and also means that you don't need to have any electrics modified to your property, and it can be plugged into a normal wall socket.

MATERIALS

All spas have PVC skirting, which is easier to maintain than wood as it doesn't require treatment or varnishing. Real wood options are available if desired.

Insulation foam under the shell and inside the skirting panels to help keep the water hot, reducing your electricity bills. It also lowers your pump noise, offering a more peaceful spa experience and helping keep your neighbours happy!

How To Order

All our Hot Tubs prices are inclusive of VAT.

We will use a two man delivery and special spa kart to move the tub into position. We will generally require a minimum width of 105cm, although allow more for larger spas. Please check our guide for Hot Tub Positioning to ensure it is suitable to deliver to your premises. We can arrange a Kerbside Delivery, however you will be responsible for moving your Hot Tub into position.

For tighter gaps we have the use of a Spa Sled.

The positioning is not an installation service. Your electrician will need to connect the spa to your supply. You then follow our simple hot tub guide to get the spa ready for use.

If you require a crane service this is an additional fee in which we can provide you with a quote for.

LEAD TIME

Lead times can vary depending on stock levels. If your spa is in stock then delivery is usually within 2-3 days. If the spa is in transit between the factory and the warehouse then lead times could be from 3-10 weeks, whereas if your spa needs to be built from scratch then the lead time is 10-12 weeks. Please contact us for more information about your chosen spa.

COLLECTING YOUR HOT TUB

You’re welcome to collect your new hot tub yourself from our distribution centre in Leicestershire, we will contact when you purchase your Hot Tub to arrange a collection date.

PAYMENT METHODS

We currently accept payments by bank transfer (BACS), Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Card or by Finance through our website or by phone. For Finance we are FCA registered, for more information please select the Finance Calculator.

WARRANTY

We’re proud of the high quality of our products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our hot tubs are designed to last a lifetime but we appreciate that, occasionally, things do go wrong.

That’s why your new hot tub will be covered by comprehensive warranties, giving you invaluable peace of mind that your investment is protected. And of course, our trained staff are also always on hand to offer help, advice and technical support with your spa.

It’s all part of our commitment to hassle-free service, and to making it simple for you to buy and own a hot tub. Our warranty is one of the most comprehensive on the market. They include as standard:

2 year shell structure warranty.
This covers the shell against water loss.

2 year shell surface warranty.
The covers the shell surface against cracks, peeling and de-lamination.

2 year cabinet/skirting warranty.
This protects your skirting in case a fault occurs.

2 year component warranty.
This covers major components such as the pumps, control system and heater.

We can usually book engineer appointments within 7 days of a problem being reported.
