We offer three delivery options on all our hot tubs: kerbside delivery, delivery and hot tub positioning and delivery and hot tub installation.
 

Kerbside Delivery

Our kerbside hot tub delivery is the easiest option for customers who wish to position and install their hot tubs themselves. Combined shipping can also put you in touch with a crane provider should you require a crane service to lower your hot tub into position.

With kerbside delivery, we will simply deliver your hot tub to your address, lower it from our delivery vehicle and place it outside your home or property. You will then be responsible for moving your hot tub into position and hiring a certified electrician to connect the hot tub to the electricity supply.
 

Delivery and Positioning

Select our delivery and position service when ordering your hot tub and you we will deliver you hot tub to your address, unload it from our delivery vehicle and move it into position. To do this, we use specialist equipment such as our spa trolley and spa sled which help us to safely manoeuvre the hot tub around corners and up small steps.

Delivery and Installation

for convenient and stress free hot tub set-up, choose our delivery and installation service when you order. With this service we will deliver your hot tub to your chosen address and move it into position using our specialist equipment. We will also connect the hot tub to the electrics (providing a qualified electrician has set up the cabling already*). After positioning and connecting the hot tub, we will then fill it and add chemicals while giving you a talk through of how the chemicals work and how to use them. We will also explain over all hot tub functions. This process may take up to three hours to complete.

*32amp spas and above. Electrician must leave enough trailing cable to reach furthest point of hot tub.
