Combined Shipping Ltd. deliver throughout the UK mainland including Leicester. We offer three delivery options, each tailored to suit different customer needs.
Each delivery method is made using high grade manoeuvring equipment including our specialist spa sled and electric pallet mover. We can also put you in touch with a crane provider to lower your spa into your garden if access is very limited.
Delivery Options:
Kerbside Delivery
Our team will deliver your hot tub to your address and unload it from the delivery vehicle. With this option, you will be responsible for moving your hot tub into position.
Delivery and Position
With our delivery and position service our team will unload the spa from the truck and move it into position using our own specialist equipment.
The Combined Shipping team are fully trained to use our positioning equipment. The equipment we use will differ depending on the hot tub and desired position. This equipment includes a spa trolley, an electric pallet mover with airbags and a spa sled. We are also able to put you in touch with a crane service provider should your hot tub need to be lowered into position.
Delivery and Installation
Our delivery and installation service includes delivery, positioning and complete hot tub setup. As part of the installation process, the Combined Shipping team will:
• Connect hot tub to electricity supply* • Add and balance hot tub chemicals and check chemical levels • Check over all hot tub functions including hot tub controls • Build the spa steps and cover lifter (if included) • Give tutorial on hot tub chemical use and function
*a qualified electrician must install electrical cabling for spas 32 amp and above. The electrician must leave enough length on the trailing cable to reach the furthest point of your hot tub.

The Sunset hot tub is a luxury midsize hot tub and an ideal model for small families that like to entertain. This spa features six seats including one full length lounge chair, 80 massage jets, colour changing LED lighting and speakers. This hot tub also includes an ozonator to help keep water clean and sanitary.
San Marino is a small, three person hot tub ideal for couples and small families. The model includes one lounge chair and two seats, each fitted with a comfortable headrest. The small spa includes 33 massage jets and an LED lit waterfall for ambiance.
