We are proud to present the Wellis Cityline Range, made in the EU to the highest standards.

The Elbrus spa offers plenty of room for up to 7 bathers and is fitted with UV-C water disinfection system, WPS frame, aromatherapy, antibacterial acrylic sheet, Poli-Max polyurethane foam reinforced body, vaccum-moulded ABS floor and UV-resistant brushed plastic sides. This Spa is a pure premium experience.

HYDROTHERAPHY

A total of 40 stainless steel massage jets provide an unrivalled massage and hydrotherapy experience for a hot tub this size. The Elbrus Spa is the ideal place to relax after work, but also offers a range of health benefits, including relief from stress, pain, fatigue, muscle tension and anxiety.

MY MUSIC AUDIO SYSTEM

All MYMusic comes complete with a waterproof or marine stereos deisgned and built to withstand the harsh conditions associated with use in spa applications.

MATERIAL - LUCITE®

The sculptured soft curves, deep seats, and stretch out legroom of a Cityline Spas are more than just good ergonomics and style. The really clever stuff is hidden within the spa shell out of sight where our industry leading technology adds exceptional safety, strength, durability, and longevity to every Cityline Spa we sell. Microban^® is an antibacterial material used extensively in plastic kitchenware such as cutting boards to guard against bacteria. It cannot be cleaned away and lasts for the life of the product, and it’s also inside all our Cityline Spa acrylic shells for the same reason.

Beneath the top surface are 3 more layers of specially formulated high technology polymer coatings to stiffen and insulate each Cityline Spa shell. This ground breaking system is so advanced it needs robots to apply it. This produces a super strong, eco neutral, bio degradable, totally safe hot tub shell that will protect both your investment and your family for many years into the future.

How To Order

All our Hot Tubs prices are inclusive of VAT.

We will use a two man delivery and special spa kart to move the tub into position. We will generally require a minimum width of 105cm, although allow more for larger spas. Please check our guide for Hot Tub Positioning to ensure it is suitable to deliver to your premises. We can arrange a Kerbside Delivery, however you will be responsible for moving your Hot Tub into position.

For tighter gaps we have the use of a Spa Sled.

The positioning is not an installation service. Your electrician will need to connect the spa to your supply. You then follow our simple hot tub guide to get the spa ready for use.

If you require a crane service this is an additional fee in which we can provide you with a quote for.

LEAD TIME

Lead times can vary depending on stock levels. If your spa is in stock then delivery is usually within 2-3 days. If the spa is in transit between the factory and the warehouse then lead times could be from 3-10 weeks, whereas if your spa needs to be built from scratch then the lead time is 10-12 weeks. Please contact us for more information about your chosen spa.

COLLECTING YOUR HOT TUB

You’re welcome to collect your new hot tub yourself from our distribution centre in Leicestershire, we will contact when you purchase your Hot Tub to arrange a collection date.

PAYMENT METHODS / FINANCE

We currently accept payments by bank transfer (BACS), Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Card or by Finance through our website or by phone. For Finance we are FCA registered, for more information please select the Finance Calculator.

WARRANTY

We’re proud of the high quality of our products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our hot tubs are designed to last a lifetime but we appreciate that, occasionally, things do go wrong.

That’s why your new hot tub will be covered by comprehensive warranties, giving you invaluable peace of mind that your investment is protected. And of course, our trained staff are also always on hand to offer help, advice and technical support with your spa.

It’s all part of our commitment to hassle-free service, and to making it simple for you to buy and own a hot tub. Our warranty is one of the most comprehensive on the market. They include as standard:

2 year shell structure warranty.
This covers the shell against water loss.

2 year shell surface warranty.
The covers the shell surface against cracks, peeling and de-lamination.

2 year cabinet/skirting warranty.
This protects your skirting in case a fault occurs.

2 year component warranty.
This covers major components such as the pumps, control system and heater.

We can usually book engineer appointments within 7 days of a problem being reported.
